PAYMENT METHODS
Payments via cash, PIX, or bank deposit are made directly to O³NT’s PJ account. Payments via credit card, debit, boleto, or PayPal are processed through MercadoPago. Any terms of use or privacy policy of the platform are the responsibility of the intermediary and are accepted by the customer at the time of purchase.
STOCK
Our products are made with 100% NATURAL, dermatologically tested ingredients. Our stock is limited and constantly renewed.
In respect for nature and the planet, we avoid waste by producing only the quantity expected to be sold, ensuring that all products are used while always respecting their expiration dates.
IS THE OZONE SMELL STRONG?
The word ozone comes from the Greek “OZEIN,” meaning “THAT WHICH SMELLS,” so yes, the smell of ozone is quite distinctive.

TAXES
All O³NT products are subject to IPI taxation. Therefore, at the end of the order, after the shipping method and payment method are selected, which affect the tax amount, applicable taxes are calculated based on the selected product and transparently presented to the consumer during the Order Review stage, added to the total order amount. They are also clearly highlighted on the invoice.
DELIVERY
How long will it take to receive my order?
O³NT has 5 business days to ship the order after payment approval. Add the 5 days to the delivery time for the chosen shipping method. Once the invoice is received by email, the shipping time begins the next business day.
My order has been invoiced, what does that mean?
Issuing the invoice means that your order has been picked and packed by our team and is ready for collection by the carrier. The delivery time starts from the next business day.
The merchandise can be received by anyone over 18 at the designated address upon signing the delivery receipt and presenting an ID.
No one was available to receive my product. What now?
Express Delivery: We will notify you before the product is on its delivery route to ensure it reaches your hands.
Other deliveries: The carrier will make several delivery attempts.
If the chosen carrier cannot complete the delivery, the package will return to O³NT. Once it is back in our possession, we will contact the recipient to request authorization for reshipping. The shipping expenses for the reshipment will be the buyer’s responsibility, as it is the buyer’s responsibility to receive the merchandise.
Order held
O³NT is not responsible for goods held by SEFAZ or a similar department due to issues exclusive to the customer, as payment and clearance information is passed directly to the buyer.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN

Time and Conditions
The time for exchanges, returns, or cancellations is 7 calendar days from the day after receiving the goods, as stipulated by the Consumer Protection Code in Article 49. The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and accompanied by the respective invoice.
If an exchange is requested and the new product is out of stock, the customer may wait for restocking, opt for another item, or select a coupon of equal value on our online store.
Damaged Products During Shipping
When receiving the goods, it is the customer’s responsibility to check the items. If any damage or discrepancies are found with the order, the consumer has the right to refuse immediate acceptance, i.e., not accepting the order and noting the reason on the back of the invoice. In this case, the package will return to O³NT. We will contact the customer to provide a solution, offering full refund, a discount coupon for our online store, or sending a replacement order.
Order Discrepancies
We have a highly qualified team and a controlled dispatch system. If a mistake is made, such as delivering the wrong product, we will exchange it as quickly as possible. Please send a brief report about the issue, a photo of the product and the invoice to comercial@o3nt.com, with as much detail as possible, so we can proceed with the exchange.
Returns Due to Defects
Returned products will be sent to our quality department for technical analysis. We have 30 days to review requests. If a defect is confirmed, O³NT will refund the respective amount within 5 business days, or, if the buyer prefers, we will provide a discount coupon for the same value, exclusive to our e-commerce. No refund will be issued if it is confirmed that the product has no defect.
Cancellation
O³NT reserves the right to cancel any sale or order at any time, without prior notice, if there is stock unavailability, registration discrepancies, suspected fraud, publication errors, outdated pricing, or any other reason deemed appropriate. The buyer cannot demand or force the fulfillment of the offer.
If payment has already been made, the company commits to refunding the full amount paid.
Purchases via Third Parties
O³NT is not responsible for deliveries or cancellations of orders made on third-party websites or physical stores. For purchases of O³NT products through third parties, contact the reseller directly, and if a defect is found, the intermediary will notify us for the necessary actions.
Presentes
